Do I need to be raising capital right now?
No. Many owners start 6–18 months before they go to market. The goal is to know where your file stands today, fix what's fixable, and walk into the submission with no surprises.
What types of transactions do you prepare for?
Acquisitions, partner buy-ins, partner buy-outs, real estate purchases, refinancings, equity strips, and operating-line restructures. If your file is going to a lender, we package it.
How is this different from working with my accountant?
Your accountant produces accurate financial statements. We produce credit narratives. Different deliverables for different audiences. We work with your accountant — we don't replace them.
What does "Bankability" mean in plain English?
Whether a lender will say yes, at the rate and structure you want, in a reasonable timeline. It's a function of three things: your numbers, how the file is presented, and how the story is told. Only the first one is fixed. The other two we control.
How long does a Full Package take?
Typically 3–5 weeks from data hand-off to a finalized submission package. Add 1–6 weeks for funding under Full Representation, depending on the lender, the deal complexity, and committee cadence.
